The Board of Directors of TGIB is pleased to declare a Final Single-tier Dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020, subject to members' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The entitlement and payment dates will be determined and announced at a later date.
