The Board of Directors of EURO wishes to announce that the Company had on 26 February 2021 entered into Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Elite Stone & Cabinet INC (“ES&C”).
The purpose of the MOU is to set forth the broad terms of understanding vis a vis the nature and structure of this proposed relationship.
