Amid the evolving COVID-19 situation and the Movement Control Order 2.0 implemented by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 17 February 2021 granted 1 month extension of time until 31 March 2021 for listed issuers to issue their quarterly reports which are due by 28 February 2021.  

In consideration of the challenges in finalising the quarterly report during such period, the Board of Directors of CNI wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that its Quarterly Report for the period ended 31 December 2020 is issued latest by 31 March 2021.
