We wish to announce that SIMEPROP-CU expired at 5.00 p.m. on 26 February 2021 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.

= Number of SIMEPROP-CU x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of SIMEPROP-CU x (RM0.5787 - RM0.68) x (1/2.5)
= Number of SIMEPROP-CU x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.5787 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the SIMEPROP Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and SIMEPROP-CU shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of SIMEPROP-CU shall terminate absolutely.
