The Company refers to the circular dated 17 February 2021 issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) in relation to the Extension of Time for Issuance of Semi-Annual Financial Statements and Annual Audited Financial Statements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company would utilize the 1-month extension for issuance of the semi-annual financial statements for the financial period ended 31 December 2020 (“Semi-annual FS”) and therefore, the Semi-annual FS would be released on or before the extended due date, i.e. by 31 March 2021.
