In light of the ensuing implementation of the Movement Control Order 2.0, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 17 February 2021 granted a 1-month extension for listed corporations to issue their quarterly reports and annual reports that include annual audited financial statements and the auditors' and directors' reports, which are due by 28 February 2021, 31 March 2021 and 30 April 2021.

The Board of Directors of Company wishes to inform that the Company would utilise this automatic extension granted by Bursa Securities and hence, the Company would be issuing its Quarterly Report for the period ended 31 December 2020 and its Annual Report 2020 on or before the extended deadline of 31 March 2021 and 31 May 2021, respectively.
