Following the Movement Control Order 2.0 (“MCO 2.0”) period from 11 January 2021 to 4 March 2021 as announced by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 10 February 2021 granted an extension of time until 31 March 2021 for LEAP Market listed corporations to issue their Semi Annual Financial Statements, which is due by 28 February 2021.

In view of the challenges faced by the Company to finalise its Semi Annual Financial Statements for the period ended 31 December 2020 (“Semi Annual FS2020”) due to the MCO 2.0, the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities for issuance of its Semi Annual FS2020 latest by 31 March 2021.
