Amid the evolving Covid-19 situation and the Movement Control Order 2.0 implemented by the Government to contain the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 17 February 2021 granted automatic 1 month extension of time until 31 March 2021 for the listed issuers to issue their unaudited quarterly reports which are due on 28 February 2021.
The Board of Directors of TFP wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and ensure that the unaudited quarterly report will be issued on or before 31 March 2021.
