In light of the ensuing implementation of the Movement Control Order 2.0, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide their letter dated 17 February 2021 granted a 1-month extension of time up to 31 March 2021 for listed issuers to issue their quarterly reports which are due on 28 February 2021.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the 1-month extension for issuance of the quarterly reports for the financial period ended 31 December 2020 (“Quarterly Reports”) and hence, the Quarterly Reports will be issued on or before the extended due date by 31 March 2021.
