Following the extension of the Movement Control Order 2.0 (“MCO 2.0”) period from 19 February 2021 to 4 March 2021 (“MCO 2.0 Period”) in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang and Johor as imposed by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 17 February 2021 granted a 1-month extension of time until 31 March 2021, 30 April 2021 and 31 May 2021 respectivey for listed issuers to issue their quarterly reports and annual reports that include annual audited financial statements and the auditors' and directors' reports (“Annual Report”), which are due on 28 February 2021, 31 March 2021 and 30 April 2021 respectively. 

In consideration of the challenges faced by the Company and its subsidiaries during the current situation, the Board of Directors of PDZ wishes to inform that PDZ will utilise the said extension of time granted by Bursa Securities to release and submit its Unaudited Fourth Quarterly Report for the period ended 31 December 2020 by 31 March 2021, provided that the MCO 2.0 Period is not extended further by the Government.
