The Company refers to the circular dated 17 February 2021 issued by Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) in relation to the Extension of Time for Submission of Quarterly and Annual Reports and Further Relief to Listed Issuers.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company would utilise the 1-month extension for issuance of the Quarterly and Annual Reports for the financial period ended 31 December 2020.
Therefore, the Quarterly and Annual Reports would be released on or before the extended due date, i.e. by 31 March 2021 and 31 May 2021 respectively.
