We refer to the earlier announcements dated 22 January 2021 15 February 2021, 22 February 2021 and 26 February 2021 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 80,000,000 new SCBUILD/0109 Shares issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 1 March 2021.
