We refer to the Company's announcement made on 18 August 2020 and 17 February 2021 (“Announcements”) in relation to the Proposed Subscription of 300,000 ordinary shares of NTD10 each (60% Equity Interest) in Yabisi Solar Power Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in Taiwan (R.O.C) for a total cash consideration of NTD3,000,000 (approximately Ringgit Malaysia Four Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand (RM429,000.00 only)). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Proposed Subscription in Yabisi Solar Power Co., Ltd has been completed today in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSA, and the subsequent extension of the deadline for fulfilment of the conditions precedent in the SSA to 3 March 2021 (as announced on 17 February 2021).
