Further to Kobay Technology Bhd. (“Kobay”)’s announcement made on 14 May 2019 (Ref No.: GA1-14052019-00086) in connection with the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of Wirama Progresif Sdn. Bhd. ("WP"), a 70% owned subsidiary of Kobay, Kobay wishes to announce that WP which held its Final Meeting on 27 November 2020, was dissolved on 3 March 2021, i.e. after the expiration of three (3) months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and with the Official Receiver.
