The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary known as Notion Pacific Ltd ("Notion Pacific") in the United Arab Emirates under Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Centre Business Companies Regulations 2018.

Notion Pacific was incorporated with an initial paid-up capital of USD10,000.00 comprising 10,000 ordinary shares of USD1.00 each and the proposed principal activity is to trade metals & metal ores and sales of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) & other energy products in the international market.

The above incorporation does not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company and is expected to contribute to the earnings and net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 30 September 2021.

None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company, or persons connected to such director and/or substantial shareholders has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said incorporation.
