We refer to the announcement dated 26 November 2020 in relation to the above.
The Company wish to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, TSR Bina Sdn Bhd (“TSRB”) had filed an application to stay the execution of the Summary Judgement and the same is fixed for hearing. Be that as it may, as advised by the solicitors, TSRB had also filed the Notice of Appeal for Summary Judgement and appeal for the Third Party Notice ("Appeals"), in which the Appeals will have the case management on 30.03.2021 at the Court of Appeal by way of e-review.
Upon extensive oral submissions from the solicitors, the Court on the even date had dismissed TSRB’s Stay Application with cost. As advised by the solicitors, TSRB shall file a Notice of Motion for Stay of Execution of Summary Judgment pending the hearing of the Appeals.
Further announcement will be made of any material development changes as and when appropriate.
