On behalf of the Company, Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd and Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd wish to announce that the Company and Gifted Investments Limited have mutually agreed to further extend the Tranche 2 Completion Date (i.e 19 March 2021) by a period of 4 months and the Second Cash Payment is now due and payable on or before 19 July 2021.
