The Company refers to the circular dated 17 February 2021 issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) in relation to the Extension of Time for Submission of Quarterly and Annual Reports and Further Relief to Listed Issuers.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company would utilize the 1-month extension for issuance of the quarterly reports for the financial period ended 31 January 2021 (“Quarterly Reports”). Therefore, the Quarterly Reports would be released on or before the extended due date, i.e. by 30 April 2021.
