Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Paragraph 3.0 of the Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided to WCT TSR Sdn Bhd, a 49% joint venture company of TSR, to facilitate ordinary course of business of TSR Group utilised as at 31 December 2020 is as shown below:-

1) WCT TSR Sdn Bhd

(i) corporate guarantee amounted to RM45,982,000 in favour of a financial institution for banking facilities granted to the WCT TSR Sdn Bhd; and

(ii) corporate guarantee amounted to RM12,000,000 in favour of suppliers for goods and services granted to the WCT TSR Sdn Bhd.

The provision of financial assistance does not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share for the current quarter ended 31 December 2020.
