Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 10 February 2021 and subsequent announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 10 March 2021, approved the listing of and quotation for up to 14,924,921 new ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:

1. CEPCO and HLIB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

2. CEPCO and HLIB is required to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement;

3. CEPCO is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and

4. CEPCO must submit to Bursa Securities with details of the placees in accordance with paragraph 6.15 of the Listing Requirements as soon as practicable after each tranche of placement and before the listing of the new shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.
