We refer to the announcement by GENTING dated 25 February 2021 and our announcement dated 1 March 2021 pertaining to a special single-tier dividend of 8.5 sen per ordinary share (“Special Dividend”).
In accordance with Condition 6 of the Deed Poll dated 16 October 2019 the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrants shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Price or Exercise Ratio being changed.
