The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Disposal.
We refer to the earlier announcements dated 24 December 2020, 29 January 2021 and 26 February 2021.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Johan ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOB Kay Hian") is pleased to announce that JIPL had agreed to grant the Purchaser a further extension of time up to 31 March 2021, to fulfill its conditions precedents. The Closing Date is accordingly extended to 31 March 2021, or on the seventh Business Day after the date of notification or the satisfaction or waiver of the last of the conditions precedents, whichever is earlier.
Save for the above, all other terms in the SPA shall remain unchanged and in full force, and continue to take effect and be binding on the Parties to the SPA.
