The Board of Directors of DGB wishes to announce that Mr. Hoo Swee Guan has resigned as a member of the Risk Management Committee with effect from 15 March 2021 (“Resignation”). Following the Resignation, the new composition of the Risk Management Committee is as follows:-

1. Mr. Ong Tee Kein – Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director
2. Dato’ Seri Abdul Azim Bin Mohd Zabidi – Member, Independent Non-Executive Chairman
3. Dato’ Kua Khai Shyuan – Member, Executive Director
