The Board of Directors of Uzma (“Uzma” or “the Company”) would like to confirm that Uzma via its wholly owned subsidiary Uzma Environergy Sdn. Bhd. has been selected as shortlisted bidder for the Request for Proposal by the Energy Commission of Malaysia (“EC”) for the Development of Large Scale Solar Photovoltaic (“LSSPV”) Plants in Peninsular Malaysia for Commercial Operation in 2022/2023 (“LSS@MEnTARI”) for Package P2, 50.00MW. This information is provided via letter of notification by  the EC dated 12 March 2021.

There is no other information received from the EC by the Company, to date. The Company will make necessary announcement upon receipt of further information/update from the EC and/or other relevant authority.
