Further to the announcement made on 27 May 2020, the Board of Directors of WSC wishes to announce that Wasco Management Services S.R.L. (“Wasco MS SRL”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had completed the voluntary liquidation and was cancelled from the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi on 4 March 2021. The Certificate of Cancellation in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Companies Act in Italy dated 4 March 2021 issued by the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi was received on 16 March 2021.

The Member’s Voluntary Liquidation of Wasco MS SRL will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of WSC and will not have any financial impact on the gearing, earnings and net assets of WSC Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.

None of the Directors, major shareholders, chief executive of the Company and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Voluntary Liquidation of Wasco MS SRL.
