The Board of Directors of DutaLand Berhad ("DutaLand") wishes to announce that KH Estates Sdn Bhd (“KHE”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DutaLand, has on 16 March 2021 entered into the respective sale and purchase agreements (“Agreements”) with wholly-owned subsidiaries of Olympia Industries Berhad for KHE to purchase 4 units of four storey town villas at a total consideration of RM15,700,000, subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreements (“Transactions”).
