We refer to the announcement made on 22 January 2021 (“Announcement”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement unless otherwise defined herein.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date of 16 March 2021 in relation to the Bonus Issue, 100,000,000 Bonus Shares have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue.

The abovementioned Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 17 March 2021, being the next market day immediately after the said entitlement date.
