On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.1850 each.
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.1850 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0199 or 9.71% from the 5-day weighted average market price of HBGL from 10 March 2021 to 16 March 2021 of RM0.2049 per Share.
