| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Kawan Food Berhad ("KAWAN") is pleased to announce that the resolution set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 5 November 2019 was duly passed at the EGM of KAWAN held earlier today.
The resolution was approved by way of poll at the EGM. The result of the poll was validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by KAWAN. The details of the poll results are set out below.
