On behalf of the Board of Directors of Pasukhas, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:-
(i) proposed consolidation of every 10 existing ordinary shares in Pasukhas (“Pasukhas Shares” or “Shares”) into 1 Pasukhas Share (“Consolidated Share”) (“Proposed Share Consolidation”); and
(ii) proposed renounceable rights issue of up to 992,394,438 new Shares (“Rights Shares”) together with up to 578,896,755 free detachable warrants in Pasukhas (“Warrants A”) on the basis of 12 Rights Shares together with 7 free Warrants A for every 2 existing Consolidated Shares held by the entitled shareholders on an entitlement date to be determined (“Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants”),
(collectively referred to as the “Proposals”).
