On behalf of the Board of Directors of IBGB, M&A Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 17 March 2021 resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 6 October 2021 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement subject to IBGB procuring shareholders’ mandate for the Private Placement at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
