For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement is the same as those previously defined in the Company's announcement made on 16 December 2020 in relation to the UCA between OVE and TOYO to bid for the tender for provision for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning for an oil storage terminal (SODT II) for Senari Synergy Sdn. Bhd. (“Project”) (“Announcement”).
Reference is made to the Announcement made on 16 December 2020 by OVH.
The Board wishes to update that OVE and TOYO’s joint proposal has not been selected for the Project.
In view of the foregoing, the UCA shall expire and lapse on 18 March 2021.
