Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the previous announcements in relation to the Acquisitions.

We refer to the Company's announcement dated 19 February 2020, 21 August 2020, 19 November 2020, 19 February 2021, 5 March 2021 and the Circular dated 9 October 2020 in relation to the Acquisitions.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the Proposals are completed following:

1. the balance payment of the cash consideration of RM93,495,369.00 to PEHSB and TCASB pursuant to SSA 1;
2. the balance payment of the cash consideration of RM11,160,000.00 to JWSB pursuant to SSA 2; and
3. the allotment of 24,055,226 Consideration Shares to PEHSB and TCASB on 17 March 2021 in their respective proportions, and the listing of the Consideration Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 18 March 2021.
