Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 29 January 2021 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcement”)
M&A Securities Sdn Bhd on behalf of the Board wishes to announce the following updates in relation to the Announcement as follows:
1. The Board proposes to diversify of Orion’s existing core business to include corporate secretarial and share registration services (“Proposed Diversification”);
2. Following the letter of intent from Orion to JMI dated 29 January 2021, Orion had on 19 March 2021 entered into a Collaboration Agreement with JMI;
3. Following the letter of intent from Orion to Welmax dated 29 January 2021, Orion had on 19 March 2021 entered into a Subscription Agreement with Welmax.
