We refer to the announcements made on 20 November 2020, 24 November 2020, 26 November 2020 and 27 November 2020 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of Key ASIC, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 22 March 2021 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Placement Shares at RM0.1287 each (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price of RM0.1287 is at a discount of RM0.0143 or 10.0% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Key ASIC Shares up to and including 19 March 2021, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date, of RM0.1430 per Key ASIC Share.
The number of Placement Shares will be announced once it is finalised.
