WRIT AND STATEMENT OF CLAIM

We refer to your Company's announcement dated 17 March 2021, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with the following additional information for public release:-

1. Nature of relationship between Ageson Berhad ("AGESON")/ Prinsiptek (M) Sdn Bhd (“PMSB”) and the 1st Defendant to 7th Defendant.
2. The date as well as the manner in which PMSB ceased to be the subsidiary of  AGESON.
3. To clarify whether PMSB was the major subsidiary of AGESON prior to the cessation as subsidiary of AGESON as mentioned in item 2 above. In this respect, please also quantify the contribution by PMSB (in terms of profit before tax or total assets employed) to AGESON on a consolidated basis and the financial period in which the computation was based on.
4. Total value of the construction contract awarded to PMSB and the identity of the awarder.
5. The date when the banking facilities of RM351.85 million was obtained from Malayan Banking Berhad (“MBB”).
6. To quantify the banking facilities that has been drawn-down by PMSB prior to the cessation of PMSB as the subsidiary of AGESON.
7. The reasons as to why AGESON did not discharge its obligation under the corporate guarantee upon the cessation of PMSB as the subsidiary of AGESON and to quantify the total payments that AGESON has continued to pay MBB until todate.
8. Whether AGESON triggered an event of default in payment pursuant to Paragraph 9.19A of the Listing Requirements with regard to the corporate guarantee with MBB.
9. Financial impacts to the AGESON Group arising from its failure to discharge the corporate guarantee.
10. Steps taken or proposed actions to be taken by AGESON to discharge its obligation under the corporate guarantee.
