Unless otherwise defined, the terms and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 7 September 2020 in relation to the Default in Payment. We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 7 September 2020, 1 October 2020, 2 November 2020, 1 December 2020 and 4 January 2021.
The Board of Directors of Ageson wishes to inform that the Company and Ageson Development Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Prinsiptek Properties Sdn Bhd), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 16 March 2021, entered into a restructuring agreement with RHB Bank Berhad, to modify the existing repayment terms and conditions of the term loan facility.
