The Board of Directors ("Board") of M3Tech wishes to announce that Messrs. Jamal, Amin & Partners (AF 1067) ("JAP") has on 23 March 2021 ("Notice Date"), given notice in writing to the Board of their resignation as Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016 ("CA 2016"), JAP's term of office will end after twenty one days from 23 March 2021.

The resignation of the JAP is because JAP has been sanctioned by Audit Oversight Board with immediate effect from 17 March 2021, in respect of prohibited JAP from accepting and auditing any public interest entity or schedule fund for twelve (12) months. Further, the Board also wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of Shareholders.

The Company is in the midst of identifying new Auditors, further announcement on the engagement of a new Auditors will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of the new Auditors is finalised.
