Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share in G3 Global at the revised exercise price of RM0.03 (as indicated above) and at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 22 August 2017 constituting the Warrants ("Deed Poll"). Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose.

Pursuant to the Warrant Adjustments, (i) the existing number of 84,699,291 Warrants have increased to 338,797,164 Warrants, whereby the additional 254,097,873 Warrants will be listed and quoted together with the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 25 March 2021; and (ii) the existing exercise price of the Warrants will be adjusted from RM0.10 to RM0.03 each. 

In accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll, the Warrant Adjustments shall take effect on 25 March 2021, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date. 

The notice to the holders of Warrants (setting out the details of the Warrant Adjustments) will be despatched in due course.
