The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that it has resolved to vary the utilisation of proceeds raised from the initial public offering in conjunction with the listing of the Company on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“IPO Proceeds”) and time frame for utilisation of the IPO Proceeds (collectively referred to as “Variation”).
