On 25 February 2021, the Board of Directors of MRCB (“Board”) declared a first and final single-tier dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share of the Company (“MRCB Share”) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (“Dividend”) and determined that the DRP will apply to the Dividend.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that MRCB had on 24 March 2021 submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) in respect of the listing and quotation of up to 124,661,226 new MRCB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposal on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
