WRIT AND STATEMENT OF CLAIM

We refer to your Company's announcement dated 22 March 2021, in respect of the Reply to Query on the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with the following additional information for public release:-

1. To identify the 2 preference shareholders.

2. Provide clarification on what are the events/circumstances that resulted in PMSB ceasing its business operations when they have the obligations to honour the construction project awarded by Qaiser Harta.

3. Provide clarification on the statement: “The Company had assumed its obligations and/or the corporate guarantee has crystallised under the financing facilities with MBB pursuant to the provided corporate guarantee upon the cessation of PMSB as the subsidiary of the Company”.

4. To state the date of agreement between MBB and your Company and to provide the details of the loan settlement arrangement and the basis in arriving at RM41.98 million.

5. To provide the view of the Board of Directors on whether it is fair and reasonable for AGESON to assume the corporate guarantee despite the fact that PMSB is no longer its subsidiary and what are the proposed steps to be taken to safeguard the interest of AGESON.
