Mega First Corporation Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that it intends to seek the approval of shareholders for the proposed renewal of the authority for the Company to purchase up to ten per cent (10%) of its issued and paid-up share capital at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.  The share buy-back statement will be despatched to shareholders of the Company in due course.
