On behalf of the board of directors of KPS (“Board”), Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd (“IPS”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the proposed bonus issue of up to 68,986,007 free warrants in KPS ("Bonus Warrant(s)") on the basis of seven (7) Bonus Warrants for every fifteen (15) existing ordinary shares in KPS ("KPS Share(s)" or "Share(s)") held by the entitled shareholders on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later. ("Entitled Shareholders") ("Entitlement Date') ("Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants").
