ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE PROPOSED RENEWAL OF SHAREHOLDERS’ MANDATE FOR EXISTING RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE (“RRPT”) AND PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION

The Board of Directors of FEHB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval from its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for existing recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“RRPT”) pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and Proposed Amendment to the Constitution.

A circular setting out the details of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate and Proposed Amendment to the Constitution will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
