The Directors of M3Tech has approved the change of financial year end from 31 Dec 2020 to 31 Mar 2021 ("Change"). The Change is due to the resignation of Jamal, Amin & Partners as auditors. Thus, the Company has insufficient time to appoint a new auditors to complete the audit of the Company & Group within the timeframes stated in Rule 9.23 of ACE Market Listing Requirements. The first set of accounts after the Change shall be for a period of 15 months from 1 Jan 2020 to 31 Mar 2021. |
