We refer to COMFORT's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 15 March 2021 and 17 March 2021 respectively pursuant to the special dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2021 ("Special Dividend").
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of COMFORT-CA. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of COMFORT-CA shall remain the same. |
