We refer to the announcement dated 24 March 2021 in relation to the Proposal. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHB Investment Bank”) wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 25 March 2021, which was received on 26 March 2021, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 124,661,226 new MRCB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposal subject to the following conditions:
(i) MRCB and RHB Investment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Proposal;
(ii) MRCB and RHB Investment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposal;
(iii) MRCB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposal is completed; and
(iv) Payment of additional listing fee, if any, based on the final issue price together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of listing fees payable.
