We refer to the announcement by COMFORT dated 16 March 2021 and our announcement dated 17 March 2021 pertaining to a special dividend of 3.5 sen per ordinary share (“Special Dividend”).
In accordance with Condition 6 of the Deed Poll dated 26 October 2020 the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrants shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Price or Exercise Ratio being changed.
