We refer to the announcement made on 26 February 2021, 1 March 2021, 16 March 2021, 17 March 2021, 22 March 2021 and 23 March 2021 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of UCrest, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 29 March 2021 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for 2,000,000 Placement Shares at RM0.2190 each (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price of RM0.2190 is at a discount of RM0.0243 or approximately 10.0% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of UCrest Shares up to and including 26 March 2021, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date, of RM0.2433 per UCrest Share.
